Your content plans

The content planner processes your brief in your browser. Your topic, audience, demonstration and generated plan are not sent to our analytics service. If you choose “Save on this device,” the brief is stored in this browser’s local storage. Reset removes that saved brief. Clearing your browser storage also removes it.

Optional first-party measurement

Measurement is off until you allow it in the website preference panel. If enabled, the app sends a random event ID and browser-tab session ID, page path, a recognized social source, event type and the relevant resource identifier to our own analytics endpoint. We record actions such as viewing a page, generating a plan and downloading a kit. We do not include planner text, email addresses or full referral URLs in those events.

A session means a measured browser-tab session, not an identified person. Owner traffic and marked quality-assurance events are excluded from reports. Advertising blockers and declined consent can reduce coverage. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site advertising IDs or session recordings.

Storage and retention

Measurement events are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database, managed through Sites. Reports use the last 30 days. Older events are removed in bounded maintenance batches when the owner opens the analytics dashboard, so final deletion depends on that maintenance running. Analytics preferences are stored locally until changed or your browser storage is cleared. Tab session identifiers expire when the browser clears that tab’s session storage.

To limit abuse of the measurement endpoint, the server uses a short-lived, salted hash derived from the connecting network address. The raw address is not stored in our analytics database. Rate-limit records expire and are deleted during dashboard maintenance. Hosting providers may process connection and security information to operate the service under their own policies.

Your choices

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to accept or decline optional measurement. Declining stops future measurement and removes this site’s tab-session identifier. The app also respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Previously collected anonymous event records cannot be reliably matched to you without an identifier.

Purchase verification and essential cookies

Direct Stripe purchases use an essential, secure, HttpOnly browser cookie to connect your checkout to your download. A random claim is stored in this browser for up to 30 days; our database stores its hash, not the claim itself. This cookie is needed for purchase access and does not depend on optional analytics consent.

Our commerce records contain payment-provider references, product, currency, amounts, payment and refund status, reconciliation dates and a download-access expiry. They do not contain full card numbers or your planner content. These records support fulfillment, accounting and purchase disputes and are kept separately from the 30-day optional analytics records. Purchase confirmation and download routes are excluded from optional website measurement. We do not automatically add purchasers to marketing lists.

Downloads, purchases and email

The free sampler does not require an email address. Paid checkout, when available, opens the payment provider identified on the product page. That provider collects the information needed to process payment under its own privacy policy. For direct Stripe checkout, Signal Studio Lab verifies payment and provides the digital download. Older Gumroad purchases continue to use Gumroad’s delivery system. We do not receive or store your full card details. Contacting us by email places the information you send in our business mailbox. We do not automatically add contacts or purchasers to a marketing list.

External links

Social profile links and payment links open external services, whose privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not embed their tracking pixels on this website.
